Michalopoulos - "Red Shift"

James Michalopoulos has generously donated a giclée entitled "Red Shift". The 36 x 24 piece retails for $3000.00 and could be going home with you. James has been commissioned six times to create the New Orleans Jazz Fest poster and is credited with the largest selling posters in the festival's history. He maintains studios in New Orleans and Burgundy, France - where he spends his summers. As steward of the Michalopoulos Foundation, James supports expressiveness in architecture and studio support for emerging artists.

Harouni - "The King"

Harouni donated a silkscreen entitled "The King," which is framed and matted, valued at $2,000. Harouni is an internationally recognized artist based in New Orleans. Born in Iran, he migrated to the U.S. during the 1978 Revolution and his journey through art began at the Art Students League of New York. He has lived and worked for 25 years as a singular and dominating figurative painter with his work shown in galleries across the U.S. and in private and corporate collections across the world.

Champagne Jewlers -
$2000 Shopping Spree

A generous friend to Safe Harbor, Champagne Jewelers will be raffling off a $2000 shopping spree. Owner Amanda Hover has been in the jewelry business for many years and has always been loyal to our organization by donating many beautiful pieces of jewelry to help the victims of domestic violence. Raffle tickets can be purchased in advance by contacting Safe Harbor Board Members or at the Gala. Tickets are $10 or 3 for $25.
